OCTS accepts applications from translators who are members in good standing of a parish of the Orthodox Church. Applications must be submitted in digital format.

Each proposal must include all of the following. Click on the links for specific forms to download the necessary form, or select from download options below the list.

1. Completed Project Proposal Form P1
2. Sample translation of a section of the proposed text (1000-2000 words) in .doc or .pdf format
3. Translator's Curriculum Vitae in .doc or .pdf format
4. 2 or 3 Translation Related References submitted directly to OCTS using Form P2
5. Sample of other translation completed by the translator (1000-2000 words) in .doc or .pdf format
6. Letter from translator's parish priest submitted directly to OCTS using Form P3
7. Correspondence between translator and original author regarding permissions (if applicable) in .doc or .pdf format
